Our First Generation Family Farm
Evan and Kelly have been growing edible products in Colorado since 2013 and are dedicated to sharing the freshest, locally grown living microvegetables, herbs, and edible flowers with the chefs, foodies, and wellness enthusiasts in the communities of Northern Colorado… year-round! After 7 years of hobby homesteading, we started a farm business as a side hustle. Then three years later, we welcomed a baby boy to earn official mom and pop farm status!
Why “Forevergreen”?
We operate our vertical farm year-round to provide Northern Colorado with nutrient-packed microgreens; grown in a controlled, hydroponic environment using solar power, LED lighting, biodegradable coconut fiber grow pads, and non-GMO seed. We sell to restaurants and homes from FoCo to BoCo to LoDo to Aspen (and beyond!) on a weekly/bi-weekly subscriptions basis! Our mission is to make it easy for you to eat your greens year-round!
Specialty Culinary Products
In addition to selling living microgreens, we also sell a variety of specialty culinary products for chefs, caterers, and foodies alike- year-round. We started selling edible flowers and specialty herbs and veggies grown on our property years ago, but in 2024 we moved into a 5000 square foot greenhouse dedicated to year-round growing of chef requests and in 2025 we bought our own commercial greenhouse that is currently being tuned up for the production in 2026 and beyond!
