We are always experimenting with new varieties, but these species are our standbys! All of our microgreens are sold in a LIVING state, on a 5.5″x7.5″ coconut grow pad. Our microgreens are non-GMO and organically grown! Broccoli
A favorite of health fanatics- mild in flavor, excellent source of detoxifying sulforaphane, a proven anti-cancer agent! Excellent for respiratory and lung health.

Peas
Our largest variety, these beauties are technically considered “shoots” since they typically have already developed their “true leaves” in the 8-9 days from our seed station to your kitchen!

Red Cabbage
Incredible purple color, loaded with anthocyanins to protect against oxidative stress and chronic inflammation!

Radish
Our spiciest variety- packs a flavorful and colorful punch to power salads! Our mix includes a purple and pink radish for a multichromatic veggie experience! We also have a fully green daikon radish

Carrot
Filled with beta-carotene, these microgreens are especially delicate and often have the aromatic carrot seed attached!

Mixed Micros
Get the best of four worlds- broccoli, red cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi all mixed in one! This is certainly our most popular variety. The more veggies, the merrier!

Leek
Calling allium lovers! If you love onion and garlic, you will be addicted to these delicate micros! Chefs especially love our microleeks!

Arugula
These are among the most micro- of our microgreens. These short sprouts have a powerful and pungent kick for those who love the flavor of arugula! Our micro-arugula has a cult following.

Green Shiso
This herb, also known as perilla, has a flavor profile somewhere between mint and basil with hints of anise and cinnamon. We’ve even heard it called “bubblegum” flavored! It’s anti-inflammatory properties can be used to treat eczema, arthritis and asthma.

Sweet Basil
These tiny spade-shaped greens has an intense basil flavor and can be used in place of mature basil in Caprese salads, pesto, pasta, pizza, etc!

Red Amaranth
This delicate microgreen gets it’s gorgeous fuchsia color from it’s iron content! This gives the amaranth shoots an earthy flavor reminiscent of mustard without the spiciness!

Cilantro
Cilantro is an annual in Colorado, which bolts quickly in the high desert sun. Try our micro-cilantro instead for locally grown, intense cilantro flavor with all of the health benefits!
